Our "BTV Nylon" Fabric
Our nylon fabric is manufactured specifically to supply the high-end panty market. It is without a doubt the smoothest nylon money can buy. Being a registered California lingerie designer/manufacture allows us to attend industry trade shows, closed to the public, where we can buy fabrics from around the world.

Most nylon tricot used today for the manufacture of lingerie exhibits a texture called "calendaring". Our micrograph photo shows this texture. Even to the naked eye you can easily see this on cheap fabrics, and on close inspection, you can perceive it on more quality materials, like AntronIII ® .

Most panty manufactures use two different quality levels of nylon in their products. This gives the fabric something of a rough texture to the touch, just what you don't want in your panties. This type of fabric is less expensive to manufacture, that's why they use it.

In 2001 we discovered a source for what we now call "BTV Nylon" (Better Than Vintage). This unique vintage quality nylon exhibits no calendaring as you can see in this micrograph photo.

Our BTV nylon is the ideal fabric for top of the line "designer quality" panties. This exclusive fabric has the luxury, feel and silky smoothness of Oriental Satin. It is a tight knit, fine even weave semi-sheer nylon tricot fabric with incomparable softness and a smooth, silky finish. BTV nylon is extremely light weight and has the "soft hand" fluid drape reminiscent of the finest lingerie fabrics of the 50's. The wispy, slinky smooth touch of this fabric can not be found in any other panty material.

BTV nylon does cost more than conventional nylon fabrics.   Our customers deserve the smoothest, softest panties money can buy. Combine this material with our vintage and unique designs, and you have panties that are like no others made... anywhere.

Our Exclusive "Raschel Satin" Fabric
Most people think of Satin as a Fabric. It is not. Satin is a type or method of "weave" that results in a lustrous surface and a dull back. The most common fabrics woven into Satin are Silk, Rayon and synthetics like nylon and nylon blends. Satin fabrics come in many weights, varieties, degrees of softness, smoothness and QUALITY. We use an exclusive nylon blend "Raschel" Satin imported from Europe that has the smoothest, softest, shiniest surface we have ever seen on a stretch Satin weave fabric. Unlike many Satins, our "Raschel" Satin is just as soft and almost as smooth on the dull side as it is on the shiny side. In all our searching we have never found a Satin exactly like our European Raschel Satin used by anyone else in panties, not even Victoria's Secret or La Perla.
