| Q: What will your packaging look like when I get it? |
A: All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes or boxes with your name and address on the front. Only the return address of our parent company, HalfMoon Enterprises, appears on the outside of the package with no reference the type of company or product. Your credit card statement will show the charge from HalfMoon Enterprises via PayPal.com.

| Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on-line? |
A: Yes. Firstly, your card details are never seen by us, they are handled by AUTHORIZE.NET, our secure shopping cart and Merchant Account or PayPal.com. You pay them, they deposit to our bank. We do NOT see your credit card number. All we get is your order details, address and transaction number, issued to us and you. You're credit card statement will show a transaction with our parent company "HalfMoon Enterprises" and WILL NOT show PantiesForMen, or give any indication of the type of product purchased. For your 100% security, the information you send is encrypted so that it can not be intercepted. You can tell this because the address in your browser will show https (the "S" indicates secure/encrypted) and you will also see the closed PadLock symbal indicating you are filling out a secure/encrypted form.

| Q: How long will my order take? |
A: Very few of our panties for men are "In Stock" as they are custom made just for you. However...most Manly Man panties and many BTV Granny Panties are in stock and ready when ordered. We aim to ship all in stock items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. For in-stock items using standard ground shipping to the USA and Canada, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 14 days. For S.O. (Special Order) or out of stock items we will email you an estimated shipping date. In most cases these type orders will be shipped from here within two to six weeks depending on sewing difficulty, size of your order and how many orders are in front of you.
